Abstract:

Migration is a process that brings together many problems, whether individual or voluntary, whether massive or compulsory. Immigration is not a simple change of place, but a social phenomenon that begins in the mind of the immigrant and continues with the change of place. It changes the social and cultural environment and puts the immigrant into a new network of relationships. Immigration is a process that requires a series of adaptation, change and transformation from health to education, from housing to employment, from economy to organization. The forced and massive migration from Syria to Turkey in recent years has forced both migrants and Turkish citizens who accept migration to face extraordinary immigration conditions. But this greatest immigration movement in the recent past is carried out with a minimum level of problems compared to the size of the movement. The factors that make this possible are the fact that the two societies have common history, beliefs and cultural values, relativity and ethnic affiliation relationships, beyond all of this, state support and contributions to the civil society. In the first five years of this massive and sudden migration, everyone in Turkey, from government officials to local governments, from bureaucracy to all civil society organizations, has entered a aid movement. The basic dynamics of this support and support made was the assar-muhacir brotherhood speech. Turkey has proven that the ensar-muhacir brotherhood can be re-produced in modern times. In the subsequent years, this migration began to form more rationally according to economic and social facts. In this study, the massive and compulsory migration from Syria to Turkey was addressed in terms of problems, solutions, harmony and social integration.
