Abstract:

Purpose: Sentinel lymphatic nodes are applied in the treatment of breast cancer, and the acne has begun to replace the surgical dissection technique. The results are reliable, and a method is a lower morbidity rate compared to the dysection of the abstinence. Methods: In this study, patients were analyzed by a synthesic lymphatic nodus biopsy in breast cancer surgery. Results: In 14 of 30 patients diagnosed with Sentinel lymph nodes (46.6%) sentinel lymph nodes were detected. Other 16 patients (54.4 percent) did not detect sentinal lymph nod suspension, and six of these patients (37.5 percent) did not have an acne disection. The sentinel lymphatic nodus has not been detected and the attitude has not been detected in the axil of nine patients (56.2%) who have been dissociated and the attitude has not been detected in the axil of one patient. In our study, 10 patients (62.5 percent) who did not detect a sentinel lymph nod suspension but were dissociated in contrast, only one of the patients found an incorrect negativity and this patient was the first patient to be included in the study. The Sentinel lymphatic nodes were found at 88.2%, the accuracy rate at 76.6%, the sensitivity rate at 88.2%, and the negative negative rate at 10%. The result: Synthesized lymph nodus biopsy in breast cancer surgery is a safe approach.
