Invasive lobular carcinoma is the second most common histological type of invasive breast carcinoma. Invasive lobular carcinoma usually occurs bilaterally. They are multicentric and aggressive tumors. ILC treatment is similar with that of Invasive ductal carsinom. It requires a multidisciplinary approach. Common sites of breast cancer metastasis include the lung, liver, brain, adrenal glands, bones, and lymphnodes. Gastrointestinal metastases are rare. The stomach is a common site of metastasis. Immunohistochemical analysis of biopsy specimens taken from metastatic sites are key in determining primary tumors. Treatment is standard like other metastatic breast cancers. We report on a case of invasive lobular breast cancer with gastric metastasis.
