Üretim yapan işletmelerin birçoğunda mal ya da hizmet sunan tedarikçi firmaların cari hesaplarına istinaden ödeme yönlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Firmaların üretim ve faaliyetlerine devam edebilmesi için kısıtlı bir bütçe ile tedarikçi ödemelerinin yapılması önem kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tedarikçilere yapılacak ödemelerin sıralanması kararının sağlıklı bir şekilde yapılabilmesinin bilimsel bir model yardımı ile belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bir işletmeye ait tedarikçi ödemeleri seçimi, uzman görüşleri alınarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden AHP, TOPSIS ve Bulanık MOORA problem çözüm yöntemleri kullanılarak, tedarikçi ödeme seçimlerinde en uygun ödeme sıralaması belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; alternatif değer sıralamasında ilk sırayı “hammadde”, son sırayı ise “danışmanlık hizmetleri” almaktadır.
In many of the companies that produce goods or services, the supplier companies that offer goods or services need to be directed according to their currency accounts. It is important to make suppliers payments with a limited budget for companies to continue their production and activities. In this study, the aim is to determine the ordering of payments to suppliers can be made in a healthy way by the help of a scientific model. The choice of supplier payments belonging to an enterprise was tried to be examined by taking expert opinions. With the use of multiple criteria decision-making methods, AHP, TOPSIS and Bully MOORA problem-solving methods have been tried to determine the most suitable payment ranking in supplier payment choices. According to the findings obtained; the first place in the alternative value ranking is " raw materials" and the last place is "consulting services".

In this section, it is aimed to use a scientific model to change the decision to list payments to suppliers in a healthy way.Supplier payments of an enterprise are gathered under nine main alternative titles based on expert opinions. Using the AHP, TOPSIS and Fuzzy MOORA problem solving methods, which are among the multi-criteria decision making methods, the most appropriate payment order was tried to be determined in supplier payment selections.
