In cases of full dental impotence, the production of monolithic zirkonium-backed dental protheses is increasing. It is observed that high-quality restorations are obtained from the doctor-patient point of view and from the technical ba-systems. The latest technology product is computer des-single design and computer-supported production (BDT/BDÜ) (computer aided design/computer assisted manufacture-CAD/CAM) obtained in the monolithic monolithic zirconium restorations are presented together with aesthetic and high durability features. In this collection, a general assessment was first done on the types of fixed protheses supported by full-ark implants. The advantages and disadvantages were evaluated in the light of the studies aimed at the application of complete-arch implant-supported fixed dental prostheses (complete-arch implant-supported fixed dental prostheses). As a result, the clinical trials in relation to monolithic zirconium fixed protezes supported by a full arc implant were found that the short-term (5-10 years) success rate was very high but the long-term (10 years) results were not sufficient, the clinical perfor-mands were not yet fully clear, the need for more studies in this direction was found. High quality restorations are achieved in the aspect of clinic-patient and technical maintenance. Especially, high durability and aesthetic properties are presented together in monolithic implant restorations produced with the latest technology computer assisted design/computer assisted manufactured (CAD/CAM). In this review, primarily an assessment made about complete arch implant supported fixed prostheses types. Then, the advantages and disadvantages were summarized in the lights of the studies of complete-arch implant-supported fixed dental prostheses. Consequently, it was determined that success rate were very high in short-term clinical studies about complete-arch implant-supported fixed dental prostheses (5-10 years). However, long-term (more than 10 years) study results were limited, to bring a conclusion and clinical performance are not yet fully clear. Thus, it is necessary to carry out further studies and wait for the long-term forecast of this type of restorations in long-term studies.
