APİKALDEN TAŞAN DEBRİS MİKTARI YÖNÜNDEN ÜÇ FARKLI DÖNER EĞE SİSTEMİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

ÖZET Bu in vitro çalışmanın amacı; üç farklı döner eğe sisteminin, apikalden taşan debris miktarı yönünden karşılaştırılmasıdır. Çalışmada 36 adet çekilmiş insan daimi alt çene küçük azı dişi kullanıldı. Dişler, Revo-S, Twisted File ve OneShape döner Ni-Ti eğe sistemleri ile şekillendirilmek üzere üç ayrı deney grubuna ayrıldı  (n=12). Apikalden taşan debrismiktarının ölçümü amacıyla ependorf tüpü kullanılarak özel bir düzenek hazırlandı. Apikalden taşan debris miktarı, debris içeren Ependorf tüplerin ağırlığından boş Ependorf tüplerin ağırlığı çıkarılarak hesaplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tek yönlü ANOVA analizi kullanıldı. Çalışmada kullanılan tüm döner sistemlerin ölçülebilirmiktarda apikalden debris taşmasına sebep olduğu gözlendi. Apikalden taşan debris miktarı açısından sistemler arasında istatistiksel fark gözlenmedi (p=0,632). Bu çalışmanın koşulları altında; Revo-S, Twisted File ve OneShape döner eğe sistemleri ile yapılan kök kanal preparasyonunda apikalden taşan debris miktarının birbirine çok yakın olduğu bulundu. The purpose of this in vitro study is to compare three different rotating curve systems in the direction of the amount of debris from the apical. In the study, 36 trapped humans were used permanently under the neck small female. The teeth, Revo-S, Twisted File and OneShape were divided into three separate experimental groups (n=12) to be shaped with the Ni-Ti turning systems. A special arrangement was prepared using the ependorf tube for the measurement of the debrismictar from the apical stone. The amount of debris from the apical was calculated by extracting the weight of the empty Ependorf pipes from the weight of the Ependorf pipes containing debris. One-way ANOVA analysis was used to evaluate the data. It was observed that all the rotating systems used in the study can be measured, causing the debris from the apical to the debris. There was no statistical difference between the systems in terms of the amount of debris from the apical (p=0,632). Under the conditions of this study; Revo-S, Twisted File and OneShape rotating curve systems found that the amount of debris stone from apical in root channel preparation was very close to each other.
