Araştırma okul öncesi dönemdeki çocukların sosyal bilgiyi işleme becerileri ile psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın modeli betimsel ilişkisel tarama modelidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Muş ili Merkez ilçesinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi anaokulu ve anasınıflarına devam eden, normal gelişim gösteren, 60-66 aylık çocuklar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, evrenden basit tesadüfi küme örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiş 350 çocuk oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; ‘ Genel Bilgi Formu’, ‘Sosyal Bilgi İşleme Süreci Testi’ ve ‘Okul Öncesi Çocuklar İçin Sosyal Duygusal İyi Oluş ve Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği (PERİK)’ kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; Sosyal bilgiyi işleme toplam puanlarının cinsiyet, devam edilen okul türü ve öğretmenin kıdemi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyinin ise cinsiyet ve öğretmenin kıdemi değişkeninde anlamlı farklılık gösterirken; devam edilen okul türünde anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Okul Öncesi Dönem Çocukları İçin Sosyal Bilgi İşleme Süreci Testi Toplamı ile PERİK Öz-Kontrol/ Düşüncelilik, Atılganlık, Duygusal İstikrar/Stresle Başa Çıkma, Görev Yönelimi ve Keşfetmekten Hoşlanma alt boyutu arasında pozitif yönde ve düşük düzeyde bir ilişki; İletişim Kurma / Sosyal Performans alt boyutu arasında pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,05).
The research was conducted with the aim of studying the relationship between the skills of children in the pre-school processing of social information and the levels of psychological strength. The research model is a visual relational scan model. The universe of research is made up of children aged 60-66 months, normal development, continuing to their official maternity and maternity schools and maternity departments located in the National Ministry of Education in the educational year 2021-2022. The sampling of the study consists of 350 children selected from the universe by the simple random sampling method. As a data collection tool; 'General Information Form', 'Social Information Process Test' and 'Social Emotional Wellbeing and Psychological Wellbeing Measurement for Pre-School Children' (PERIK) were used. The study found that the total scores of processing social information showed a significant difference according to gender, the continued school type and the teacher's age variables. While the level of psychological stability shows significant differences in gender and teacher's degree variation, there is no significant difference in the continued type of school. Social Information Processing Test for Pre-School Children with PERIK Self-Control/Thought, Athletics, Emotional Stability/Stress Combating, Mission Orientation and Discovery Enjoyment is a positive and low-level relationship; Communication/Social Performance is a positive and medium-level meaningful relationship (p<0,05).
