Abstract:

The aim of this study is to develop a "political agreement scale" regarding the voting behavior of the choice. While the concept of political consensus has an important place in literature, this study is important in terms of the absence of Turkish measurement tools to be used to measure this concept quantitatively and in terms of the understanding that this concept is given by the player in the political history of Turkey, reflecting or not reflecting its own consensus. In this study, using the visual scan method, a total of 220 voters, with different demographic characteristics and different levels, were achieved. When the data obtained is analyzed; the value of the Cronbach alpha ratio. It was 82 that the seven-factor structure, which describes a total variation of 58,203 per cent as a result of the AFA analysis, and the four-factor scale, which is formed as a result of the DFA analysis (ki-kare=χ2=390.195, p=.000, df=202, χ/df=1.932, RMSEA=.065, CFI=.89, GFI=.87, AGFI=.83) were found to be in acceptable levels. The 22 Question Political Agreement Scale is a scale with the ability to measure the characteristics specified in the relevant literature context. It is believed that this developed scale will be useful to researchers who will do the subject.
