Abstract:

Today, health services are different from other services in the market due to the increased demand potential. The demand mentioned here is a function of a number of factors. These factors, respectively, can be shown in the form of public awareness and awareness of health issues, developments in medical knowledge and technology, changes in morbidity patterns and the effects of long-term life, i.e. the aging population. Another factor contributing is the expectations of higher service standards with the rise in life standards that increase customer awareness. These and similar factors are necessary for the transition from the old organizational structures of health institutions to a new organizational and administrative design, which can only happen with well-planned transition steps. Since both TKY and innovation enterprises appear in the form of a partial response to the competitive situation, continuous improvement and development have been the main feature of both applications. There is a clear link between TKY and innovation; it is said that institutions that implement TKY well are more inclined to innovation. The institutions are moving by the TKY principle in order to be close to innovation and inclined.
