DELME HIZI VE BASKI KUVVETİNİN ENERJİ TÜKETİMİNE ETKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI

Artan sanayileşme ve madenciliğin gelişmesiyle beraber dünyada son yıllarda sondaj çalışmaları artmıştır. Madencilikte birçok amaçla kaya birimlerinde delikler delinmektedir. Kayaların farklı ekipmanlarla delinmesi esnasında makinelerin performansına birçok faktör etki etmektedir. Araştırmacılar daha verimli bir delme işlemi için, bu faktörler içeresinden, değiştirilebilir parametreler üzerinde çalışmalar sürdürmektedirler. Delinebilirlik analizlerinde delme hızı önemli bir göstergedir. Kaya madde ve kütlesinde verimli bir delmenin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için, delme hızının genelde yüksek olması arzu edilir. Fakat delme hızının artması için uygulanan prosedürler tüketilen enerjinin de artmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu nedenle, delme işleminde enerji tüketiminin daha önceden tahmin edilebilmesi maden projeleri için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, yedi farklı kaya biriminde 11 farklı baskı kuvvetinde ve dört farklı dönme hızında delme deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Delme deneyleri soncunda elde edilen verilerle güç tüketimlerinin değişimi araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca, delme hızıyla enerji tüketimi arasında ilişkiler değerlendirilerek bazı eşitlikler geliştirilmiştir.

Abstract:

With the growth of industry and mining, the extraction work in the world has increased in recent years. For many purposes in mining, hole in stone units is scattered. During the climbing of the rocks with different equipment, many factors affect the performance of machines. For a more efficient digging process, the researchers continue to study on variable parameters from the inside of these factors. The dive speed is an important indicator in the dive analysis. In order to a efficient dive in rock material and mass, it is desirable that the dive speed is usually high. However, the procedures applied to increase the boiling speed also lead to an increase in the energy consumed. Therefore, the energy consumption in the mining process can be predicted in advance is of great importance for mining projects. In this study, 11 different pressure forces and four different rotation speeds were tested in seven different rock units. Drop experiments have been investigated by the data obtained at the end of the exchange of power consumption. Additionally, some equations have been developed by evaluating the relationships between digging speed and energy consumption.

With increasing industrialization and the development of mining, drilling work has increased in recent years in the world. In mining, holes are drilled in rock for many purposes. Many factors influence the performance of the machines during drilling of the rocks with different equipment. Researchers continue to work on changeable parameters, including these factors, for a more efficient drilling operation. In drillability analysis, drilling speed is an important indicator. It is desirable that the drilling speed is generally high so that efficient drilling can be achieved in the rock material. But the procedures applied to increase the drilling speed cause the exhausted energy to increase. For this reason, it is very important for the mining projects that the energy consumption can be predicted beforehand in the drilling process. In this study, drilling experiments were carried out in seven different rock units at 11 different pressing forces and at four different rotational speeds. The change in power consumption obtained from drilling experiments was investigated. In addition, some equations have been developed by evaluating the relationship between drilling speed and energy consumption
