The subject of this study, the effect of the extract of kombucha mushroom on the development of fungus mycelium is formed. For preparing Kombu mushroom extract; 60 g sugar and black tea were added to 1lt water and at this medium, the fermentation of Kombu mushroom was obtained. The obtaining extracts were added to potato dextrose agar as 0, 100, 150, 200cc. Prepared medium with agar mycelial agar discs of Polyporus versicolor and Morchella esculenta were inoculated. Polyporus versicolor at 30°C, Morchella esculenta at 23°C were developing for 1 week and mycelium growth were investigated. At the end of incubation period, development in the control group was very good according to Kombu mushroom extract extra development Kombu according to the environment has been quite good. The statement further development mycelium concentrations agar medium 100cc and 150cc are being observed 200cc supplemental growth medium was observed. The resulting data was viewed as macroscopic.
