Araç Fren Sistemlerinin Isıl Performansının Parametrik Olarak İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Araçlarda yapılan ani fren sonucunda disk balata sistemlerinde ısınma ortaya çıkmaktadır. Özellikle yüksek sıcaklıklara ulaşıldığı zaman balata malzemesinde aşınma meydana gelebilir. Bu durum fren performansını olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada, disk balata sistemi Comsol programında üç boyutlu olarak modellenmiş ve zamana bağlı nümerik simülasyonlar yapılmıştır. Ani fren yapıldığı andaki disk balata ısınma süreci farklı araç hızları için (80, 100 ve 120 km/h) incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda farklı disk malzemelerinin (dökme demir, paslanmaz çelik, karbon-karbon kompoziti) frenleme sürecindeki sıcaklık artışı belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte araç ağırlığının fren sistemi üzerindeki etkisi olup olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak disk ve balata arasındaki sürtünme katsayısının ısınma sürecine etkisi nümerik olarak incelenmiştir.

Parametric inspection of the heat performance of the vehicle brake systems

Abstract:

As a result of the sudden brake in the vehicles, the disc balata systems are heated. Especially when the high temperatures are reached, the ballat material can be exhausted. This has a negative impact on the brake performance. In this study, the disk ballat system was three-dimensional modeled in the Comsol program and time-related numerical simulations were made. The disc ballat heating process at the moment of the sudden brake was studied for different vehicle speeds (80, 100 and 120 km/h). The temperature increase in the braking process of different disc materials (drying iron, stainless steel, carbon-carbon composite) has also been determined. However, it has been determined whether the weight of the vehicle has an impact on the brake system. Finally, the impact of the drilling ratio between the disk and the ballat on the heating process has been studied numerically.
