Özet:

Overin sclerosis stromal tumor is included in the category of sex cord stromal tumors and constitutes 2-6% of the tumors in this group. This tumor consists of structures similar to lobules rich in a cell separated by histologically hyalinized or swallowed stroma. These areas contain two different types of cells, the cervical cells and the oval-cellular cells. Here are three facts presented that have been diagnosed with sclerosis stromal tumor. Our goal is to present overin sclerosis stromal tumor with clinic pathological characteristics and discuss the distinctive diagnosis by reviewing the latest literary information as well. Histologically, this tumor consists of cellular pseudolobules that were separated by hyalinized or edematous stroma. These areas include two different cell types; spindle shaped and round to oval cells. Three cases diagnosed as sclerosing stromal tumor were presented in this article. Aim of this article is to present clinicopathologic features of SST and to discuss the differential diagnosis by reviewing the recent literature.
