So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Dermoid ve epidermoid kistler deri ve eklerini içeren benign kitlelerdir. Baş boyun bölgesinde nadir görülür. Boyunda orta hatta vesık submental bölgede yerleşirler. En sık şikâyet ağrısız şişliktir. Orta hat lokalizasyonu nedeniyle tiroglossal kistler ile karıştırılabilir. Ayırıcı tanıda dil ile hareketli olmaması önemli bir bulgudur. Elli yaşında bayan hasta çocukluğundan beri olan submental bölgedeki şişlik nedeniyle kliniğimize başvurdu. Yapılan fizik muayenede yaklaşık 3x3 cm boyutlarında mobil, yumuşak kıvamlı, yutma ile hareketsiz kitle mevcuttu. Total olarak eksize edilen ve histopatolojik tanısı epidermoid kist gelen kitlenin tanı ve tedavisi tartışılmıştır
