Abstract:

This research aims to examine the achievements and indicators in the 2013 Pre-School Education Program of the Ministry of National Education in terms of environmental education. In this regard, the content analysis of the Pre-School Education Program was made in terms of environmental education. The data in the study was collected in the spring period of the 2018-2019 educational year, with the "Expert Opinion Form" prepared by the researchers from the pre-school and child development departments, through the adoption of the opinions of 20 faculty members working in environmental education. The Expert Opinion Form 'National Education Ministry' has included the achievements and indicators of all areas of development in the 2013 Pre-School Education Program. Experts are asked which of these are related to environmental education. In the form created by the researchers which or which of the achievements and indicators in this form are related to environmental education, the 5 Likert tables, "I totally agree", "I partially agree", "I'm uncertain", "I don't participate", "I don't participate at all", have marked the tables in the form of "I totally agree", "I partially agree", "I don't participate at all". The form contains a total of 406 items consisting of gains and indicators. The data was analyzed with the SPSS 20 package program. In data analysis, the frequency and percentage distribution of the substances in the forms were looked at, the levels of performance and indicators were tabled. When examined in terms of program achievement indicators, experts find that achievements in development fields, motor and language fields do not include achievements and indicators for environmental education, but that achievements and indicators in environmental education are present in the fields of social-emotional, cognitive and self-confidence skills.
