Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus may be isolated as the causative agent in cutaneous and soft tissue infections, pneumonia, osteomyelitis, endocarditis. Infective endocarditis may be associated with osteomyelitis and spondylodiscitis. In this paper, we presented a case with MRSA-associated spondylodiscitis and natural valve endocarditis in a 57-year-old patient with diabetic foot infection. The aim of this case report is to emphasize that circulatory infection and distant organ involvements may develop in patients with staphylocuccus aureus-associated diabetic foot infection
