Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the role of early-term incompatible schemes in the relationship between self-suffering and emotional autonomy in high school students. The study’s work group consists of a total of 556 high school students, including 296 women (53.2%) and 260 men (46.8%), who are studying in the Kocaeli province in the 2019-2020 educational year. The average age of participants between the ages of 14 and 16 is 15.2. The study’s data was collected with “Emotional Self-Evaluation Scale for Adults”, “Emotional Self-Evaluation Scale for Adults” and Early Period Incompatibility Scheme Scale Team for Children and Adults aged 10-16 years. The study studied the relationships between self-suffering, emotional autonomy and early-term incompatible schemes through regression-based mediation analysis and correlation analysis. In addition, the direct and indirect effects in the model of the tool being tried to be tested are determined by the bootstrap method. In the light of the relevant area, mediation models have been established taking into account the scheme areas and in this direction the role of the instrument of the early period incompatible schemes has been tested. The research has found that early-period disharmonic schemes have a mediation effect on the relationship between self-sufficiency and emotional self-sufficiency. The results were discussed in the context of the relevant area.
