Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the basic parameters of tooth fractures in young adults with a high risk of fractures. Methods: 154 young adults (18-25 years old) with a high risk of corruption were evaluated in this study. The condition of all the teeth was determined by clinical and radiographic assessment according to the DSO criteria. DMFT, DMFS and SiC average for each individual were identified. The risk assessment was carried out for each tooth and tooth surface. Found as DMFT: 8.23, DMFS: 12.6, SiC: 10.66. There was a significant difference between the percentages of damage to the teeth (p<0,05). The most affected tooth was the lower left (88.9%) and the right (86.3%) and the first major minor tooth was found to have the average DMFT of this tooth 3.38. In both scars, the back-group teeth (95%) were significantly more broken than the front-group teeth (5%) (p<0,05). The surfaces affected by the ruin were more in the upper neck (56%) than in the lower neck (44). It was found that the lower and top of the most affected tooth surfaces were the smallest large tooth. Results: It is believed that more effective oral care should be provided in people with a high risk of corruption and that the implementation of protective practices (flor support) may be beneficial in reducing the risk of corruption.
