PILONIDAL SINUS disease is usually characterized by the formation of chronic inflammatory and granulomatic epithelial tract in the sakroxigeal area. It is rarely found in other parts of the body. In this study, we aimed to present our patients with intermammarian pilonidal sinus (IMPS) and the flep surgery technique we applied to these patients. Method and Requirements: A total of nine patients applying for IMPS treatment in the General Surgery Clinic between 2010-2019 were recurring. The demographic characteristics of the patients, the time of the complaints began, the length of the sinus path, the treatment and the hospital records where they were examined and called by telephone. Patients with apse were drained and patients received antibiotic treatment. Patients under surgery were subjected to standard sinus excision and then closure with bilateral subcutaneous flep. In total, nine women were sick. All patients were 15-28 years old, with an average age of 19.2±3.4 years. The complaint of all patients was intermammarian area periodic flow, sinus mouth formation and sometimes pain. The average length of the sinus was 4.1±0.7 cm. There were no complications or complaints in patients during the postoperative period. Intermammarian pilonidal sinus is a disease in young women and can be treated by surgery. Patients are treated with Flep method successfully and safely.
