Küresel ekonomik gelişmeler doğrultusunda işletmelerin performans değerlemelerinde finansal bilgilerin yanı sıra finansal olmayan bilgilere olan ihtiyaç entegre raporlamayı ortaya çıkarmıştır. Entegre raporlamada yer alan sermaye ögeleri de işletmelerin performansları hakkında bilgi sağlamaktadır. Çalışmada BIST Kurumsal Yönetim Endeksinde bulunan ve entegre raporlama düzenleyen 7 işletme, uluslararası entegre raporlama çerçevesinde sermaye ögeleri kapsamında incelenmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında bulunan işletmelerin 2021 yılı entegre raporları içerik analizi yöntemi ile manuel olarak incelenmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonrasında işletmelerin entegre raporlarında insan sermayesi, sosyal ve ilişkisel sermaye, doğal sermaye ve entelektüel sermaye ögelerine yer verme düzeyleri ile ilgili değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak işletmelerin entegre raporlarında en çok insan sermayesi, en az da entelektüel sermaye ögesine ilişkin bilgilere yer verdiği tespit edilmiştir.
In line with global economic developments, the company’s performance assessments have revealed the integrated reporting of the need for financial information as well as non-financial information. The capital items included in the integrated reporting also provide information about the performance of the enterprises. In the study, 7 companies in the BIST Corporate Management Index and organizing integrated reporting are examined within the framework of capital objects in the framework of international integrated reporting. The 2021 integrated reports of the undertakings under the study were manually examined using the content analysis method. Following the study, enterprises’ integrated reports included assessments on the levels of inclusion in human capital, social and relative capital, natural capital and intellectual capital. As a result, enterprises have found that the integrated reports contain most information about human capital, at least the intellectual capital subject.
