Abstract:

Purpose: The aim of this study is to compare the total number of bacteria and somatic cells of milk obtained from with different feed systems and to evaluate the quality characteristics of milk in terms of feed hygiene, refuge hygiene and crow management and to compare the quality characteristics of milk in terms of dry material, fat, protein and lactose content. Tools and Methods: Working material Fishing and the Holstein race has created tank milk from a total of 45 different enterprises (15 hand-to-hand, 15 machine-to-hand, 15 robotic-to-hand) that are producing milk. Raw milk analysis device has been used to determine the number of oil, protein, lactose, dry substance, non-fat dry substance and somatic cells. To identify the total number of bacteria, Plate Count Agar is made in October with the plaque method of throwing into the food places. Outcomes: The lowest levels of milk quality characteristics have been determined by oil (p<0.05), protein (p<0.001), lactose (p<0.01), dry substance (p<0.001) and non-fat dry substance (p<0.001) in hand-providing enterprises. The highest levels of milk protein are the companies that provide robotics (p<0.001). Hand-made operations have received the highest value in terms of the somatic number of cells (p<0.05). In terms of the total number of bacteria, the operating machines have the highest value (p<0.001); the operating machines and the operating machines have the lowest value, and there is no significant difference between them. Recommendation: It has been understood that different feed systems have a significant impact on milk quality and hygiene values. In this regard, the spread of the use of the robots is recommended in terms of reducing the cost of the total labour force and providing improvements in the quality of the tank milk.
