The purpose of this study, to search for 12 weeks training programme's which is used 12 week for wrestlers effects on some physical and physiological properties. In the results of the measure, it is pointed out that there are some increases in the parameters of height, weight, percentage of body fat, anaerobic power, right and left hand grip strength, leg strength, push-up, shuttle, flexibility, 20 meter sprint.
