Somut Olmayan Kültürel Mirasın Eğitim Programlarına Yansıması: Hayat Bilgisi Öğretimi

Bu araştırmada 2018 hayat bilgisi öğretim programının kazanımları ile 2020-2021 öğretim yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı onayı ile uygulanan ders ve çalışma kitaplarında yer alan metin ve görsellerin somut olmayan kültürel mirasa dönük ögelerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle 2020- 2021 öğretim yılında bir, iki ve üçüncü sınıf hayat bilgisi ders ve çalışma kitabı olarak kullanılmasına karar verilen kitaplar ve 2018 hayat bilgisi öğretim programı kazanımları incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; birinci ve ikinci sınıf kazanımları ele alındığında sadece iki kazanımın, üçüncü sınıf için ise yalnızca bir kazanımın somut olmayan kültürel mirasın kazandırılabileceğine dair açıklamaları yer aldığı görülmektedir. Birinci sınıf için hazırlanan ders ve çalışma kitaplarındaki metin ve görsellerde halk bilgisi, toplumsal uygulamalar ve gösteri sanatlarına yer verilirken, ikinci sınıf için hazırlanan el sanatları ve sözlü anlatımlara dönük metin ve görseller bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte üçüncü sınıfta somut olmayan kültürel mirasa dönük metin veya görsele çok az yer verilmekle birlikte halk bilgisi, sözlü anlatımlar ve toplumsal uygulamalar bulunmaktadır.

Reflection of non-substantial cultural heritage in educational programs: Life knowledge teaching

Abstract:

In this study, the achievements of the 2018 Life Knowledge curriculum and the 2020-2021 academic year with the approval of the Ministry of National Education are aimed at studying the non-specific cultural heritage objects of the text and images contained in the curricula and workbooks applied. The research has studied the achievements of the 2020-2021 academic year with the method of document review of books and workshops that have decided to be used as a class, two and third life knowledge curriculum and the 2018 life knowledge curriculum. The research finds that in the first and second class achievements, only two achievements and for the third class only one achievement can be obtained by a non-specific cultural heritage. Teachings and worksbooks prepared for the first class include public knowledge, social practices and exhibition arts, while text and visual arts and oral narratives prepared for the second class. However, in the third class there is very little space for non-specific cultural heritage texts or visuals, but there are public knowledge, verbal narratives and social practices.

This study aims to examine the intangible cultural heritage elements of the texts and visuals in the course and workbooks implemented with the approval of the Ministry of National Education in the 2018 life studies curriculum and the 2018-2021 academic year. Document analysis was used in the research. The books that were decided to be used as first, second and third-grade life studies course and workbooks in the 2020-2021 academic year and the 2018 life studies curriculum outcomes were examined. As a result of the research; When the first and second-grade acquisitions are considered, it is seen that only two acquisitions and only one acquisition for the third-grade have explanations that intangible cultural heritage can be acquired. While folklore, social practices, and performing arts are included in the texts and visuals in the textbooks and workbooks prepared for the first grade, there are texts and visuals for handicrafts and oral expressions prepared for the second grade. However, in the third grade, there is little place for text or visuals related to intangible cultural heritage, but there are folklore, oral expressions and social practices.
