Music is also an important step and indispensable part of the culture that enables communication and is the means for the child to realize himself. The interaction of the elements of culture and the emergence of these elements from the needs of people explain the importance of music for our lives. The fact that the mother tongue and music language, when they come together, is educational and instructive, and has the power to affect the whole life of the child, reveals the necessity of understanding the developmental process of children and then the concept of culture. It is important to know how children are affected by music in the developmental process, which gains can be used for music, making song choices correctly and making preschool education more efficient.
