Abstract:

Bu çalışma, in vitro gaz üretim tekniği ile farklı ayçiçeği hatlarının yem değerinin saptanması amacıyla düzenlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ele alınan özelliklerden kuru madde (KM) içeriği dışında tüm parametreler önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.05). Ayçiçeği hatlarının in vitro gaz üretimi (GÜ), metan gazı üretimi (CH4), metabolik enerji (ME) ve net enerji laktasyon (NEL) düzeyleri de farklı tespit edilmiştir (P<0.05).

In the Adana Conditions, the Supplementation of Nutrition Value by In Vitro Gas Production Technique of Some Shell Lines
2019
Author:
Abstract:

This study was organized with the aim of determining the feed value of the in vitro gas production technique of different shell lines. All parameters, except the content of dry substance (KM) from the characteristics discussed in the research result, were important (P<0.05). In vitro gas production (GÜ), methane gas production (CH4), metabolic energy (ME) and net energy lactation (NEL) levels have also been identified differently (P<0.05). The raw protein (HP) content of the shell lines varied from 16.88 to 19.07 percent, while the raw oil (HY) content varied from 39.19 to 48.16 percent; the raw grain (HK) content from 2.79 to 3.87 percent; the NDF, ADF and hemicillosis (HES) content from 32.64 to 41.88 percent; the 18.12 to 22.17 percent and the 14.18 to 19.72 percent respectively. The 24-hour in vitro GU value of the shell lines varied between 67.00 and 74.00 ml. The metabolic energy and digestive organic substance (SOM) content (SOM) was determined between 19.14-21.81 MJ/kg KM and 82.46-89.88%. As a result, it has been found that cranberry lines can be successfully used in ruminant foods and that DA-YR-13-270/1 and DA-YR-13-73 lines stand out among other varieties in terms of nutritional value.

Determination Of Feed Value Of Some Sunflower Lines With In Vitro Gas Production Technique In Adana Conditions
2019
Author:
Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the nutritional value of different sunflower lines by in vitro gas production technique. All parameters except the dry matter (DM) content were found significantly (P<0.05). In vitro gas production (GP), methane (CH4) production, ME and NEL were found to be important between sunflower lines. The CP contents of sunflower lines ranged from 16.88 to 19.07 %; the EE contents of sunflower lines ranged from 39.19 to 48.16%. Ash content of sunflower lines varied from 2.79 to 3.87%. The NDF, ADF and HEM contents of sunflower lines varied from 32.64 to 41.88%; 18.12 to 22.17% and 14.18 to 19.72%, respectively. 24 h total in vitro GP of sunflower lines varied between 67.00 to 74.00 ml. The ME and DOM contents of sunflower lines ranged from 19.14 to 21.81 MJ/kg DM and 82.46 to 89.88%. In conclusion, DA-YR-13-270/1 and DA-YR-13-73 lines are better than the other studied varieties according to their nutritive values.
