So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The treatment of late-life depression includes pharmacotherapy, electroconvulsive therapy, psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions. Increased sensitivity of aging brain to psychotropic drugs, altered pharmacokinetics, drug-drug interactions due to polipharmacy are the main problems encountered during the pharmacotherapy of the elderly. Cognitive deficits, rigidity of defense mechanisms, transferances and conttransferances make the psychotherapies of old depressive persons difficult.
