Bu çalışmada, üretimde yeni paradigmalar ve dijital üretim ve üretimde dijitalleşme kavramları incelenmiş olup fikirlerin hayata geçirilmesinde ve paylaşılmasında açık inovasyon ve açık tasarımın yaygın olarak kullanılabileceği hızlı ve özgün prototipleme olanaklarının Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgeleri’nde kullanımı araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgelerinde yer alan firmaların prototip oluşturma süreçleri zaman ve maliyetler açısından ele alınmıştır. Yapılan anketle firmaların prototip oluştururken karşılaştıkları maliyetler ve harcanan zamanlar tespit edilerek ortak kullanım alanları ve dijital üretim enstrümanlarının ilgili firmalara sağlayabileceği katkılar ortaya konulmuştur. Bu alan araştırması ile Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgelerinde yer alan firmaların prototipleme alanlarına duydukları ihtiyaç, farkındalık ve bu alanların kurulmasına yönelik talep ortaya konulmuştur.
In this study, new paradigms in production and concepts of digitalization in digital production and production were studied and the use of rapid and original prototyping possibilities in the Technology Development Areas, where open innovation and open design can be widely used in the implementation and sharing of ideas. In this context, the prototype creation processes of companies in the Technology Development Areas have been addressed in terms of time and cost. The survey revealed the costs that firms encounter when creating a prototype and the time spent identifying the common uses and the contribution that digital production instruments can provide to the relevant firms. This field research and technology development areas have revealed the needs, awareness and demand for the establishment of these fields that the companies are located in the prototyping areas.
In this study, the new paradigms in production and the concepts of digital production and digitalization in production are examined and the use of rapid and original prototyping opportunities in the Technology Development Zones, where open innovation and open design can be widely used in the realization and sharing of ideas, is investigated. In this context, the prototyping processes of the companies located in Technology Development Zones are discussed in terms of time and costs. With the survey, the costs and the time spent by firms in prototyping were determined and the contributions that common production areas and digital production instruments could provide to the related firms were revealed. With this field research, the needs, awareness and demand for the establishment of these areas in the prototyping areas of the companies in Technology Development Zones were determined.
