Family court experts’ job and life satisfaction and beliefs about eelationships family court experts. This study examined job and life satisfaction of 86 professionals, namely psychologists, social workers and pedagogues working at Family Courts in 19 different cities in Turkey. The Job Satisfaction Scale, the Life Satisfaction Scale and the Relationship Beliefs Inventory were used for data collection. Spearman correlation, t-test, one-way variance analysis, Tukey HSD and Kruskal-Wallis test were used for data analysis. The relationship between the job and life satisfaction of these experts was found to be meaningful and significant. Pedagogues’ job satisfaction was significantly higher than that of psychologists. Women reported higher levels of job satisfaction than men. Individuals with perceived-low socioeconomic status reported life satisfaction levels significantly higher than those with middle and higher socioeconomic status. Participants’ irrational beliefs about relationships were compared according to sex, marital status and field of expertly. Results significantly favored men. Findings, limitations of the study and recommendations for future research were discussed.
