Bu çalışmanın amacı, ekşitilmiş soğuk süt ikame yemi ve kolostrum karışımının Siyah Alaca buzağılarda gelişme performansı üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmada 40 baş buzağı 4 günlük yaşta cinsiyet dikkate alınarak iki gruptan birine rasgele dağıtılmıştır. Kontrol grubunda yer alan buzağılara ılık (30-35 °C) tam yağlı süt, deneme grubunda yer alan buzağılara ise soğuk (18-20 °C), ekşitilmiş süt ikame yemi ve kolostrum karışımı (ESİY+K) verilmiştir. Deneme 6 hafta sürmüş ve buzağılara günde 4 L tam yağlı süt ya da ESİY+K iki eşit öğünde içirilmiştir. Deneme süresince buzağılar haftalık olarak tartılmıştır. Denemenin başında ve sonunda vücut ölçüleri saptanmıştır. Buzağıların dışkı kıvamı her gün izlenmiştir. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of exhausted cold milk feed and colostrum mixture on the development performance in Black Algae beans. In the study, 40 heads were randomly distributed to one of the two groups, taking into account gender at the age of 4 days. The control group was given warm (30-35 °C) full-fat milk, the test group was given cold (18-20 °C), a mixture of milk and colostrum (ESY+K). The test lasted 6 weeks, and the beefs were drinked 4 l of full fat milk or 2 equal meals of ESI+K per day. During the trial, the bulbs were tested weekly. At the beginning and at the end of the test, the body measurements were determined. The output of the bears is observed every day. The cattle in the ESI+K group are less liquid food based on dry substance than the cattle in the control group (P)
