So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Myxoid tumours of soft tissue encompass a heterogeneous group of lesions characterised by a variable abundance of extracellular matrix. Aggressive Angiomyxoma is a rare mesenchymal benign myxoid tumor of the pelvis and perineum which occurs almost exclusively in adult females. Overall, its incidence is about 6-folds higher in females and it is usually locally infiltrating and has a high risk of local recurrence after excision. Rarely, this tumor appears in males in the scrotal, presented as a scrotal mass mimicking hydrocele or hernia. In our case presentation, we aimed to discuss scrotal aggressive angiomyxoma radiologically mimicking the epididymal cyst that occured in 40 years age male patient with current literature.
