Amaç: Hastaları oluşabilecek zararlardan korumak ve hasta güvenliğini sağlamak için sağlık kurumlarında hasta güvenliği kültürünün oluşturulması gerekmektedir. Sonuç: Çalışmada B Hastanesinde görev yapan sağlık çalışanlarının HGKÖ toplam puan ortalamasının daha yüksek olduğu, sağlık çalışanlarının hasta güvenliği kültürüne ilişkin algılarının olumlu olduğu ancak istendik düzeyde olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
