Araştırmada, kuramsal ve yazında yapılan araştırmalar ışığında bu çalışma, etkileşim adaletinin lider-üye etkileşimi ile sanal kaytarma davranışı arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolünün bulunup bulunmadığını ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. Bu kapsamda, öncelikle araştırma değişkenleri kavramsal çerçevede ele alınmış, araştırma modeli kapsamında hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra oluşturulan hipotezler yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile test edilerek bulgular ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma, Somali’nin Hargeisa şehrinde bankacılık ve telekomünikasyon sektöründe faaliyet gösteren özel işletmelerdeki 260 beyaz yakalı çalışanı kapsamaktadır. Araştırmaya ait veriler anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırma modeli kapsamında oluşturulan hipotezler IBM AMOS 26 istatistik programı kullanılarak yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları, lider-üye etkileşiminin sanal kaytarma davranışını olumsuz yönde etkilediğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca, etkileşim adaletinin lider- üye etkileşimi ile sanal kaytarma davranışı üzerindeki etkisinde aracılık rolü bulunduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Son olarak, araştırma sonuçları bağlamında pratik ve teorik çıkarımlar tartışılmıştır.
The aim of the research is aimed to reveal whether interaction justice has a mediating role in the relationship between leader-member interaction and cyberloafing behavior. n this context, first of all, the research variables were discussed in the conceptual framework, and hypotheses were formed within the scope of the research model. Later, the hypotheses formed were tested with structural equation modeling and the findings were revealed. The research involves 260 white-collar employees in private businesses operating in the banking and telecommunications sector in Hargeisa, Somalia. The data of the research were collected by the questionnaire method. The hypotheses created within the scope of the research model were tested with structural equation modeling using the IBM AMOS 26 statistical program. The findings of the study have showed that leader-member exchange negatively affects cyberloafing behavior. In addition, it has been revealed that interactional justice has a mediating role in the effect of leader-member exchange and cyberloafing behavior. Finally, practical and theoretical implications are discussed in the context of the research results.
