So many results that aren't mine?

Reflective Practice: An Effective Skill in Supporting Change among Secondary Schools’ Heads in Sindh

Abstract:

The purpose of this research study was to check awareness among secondary school heads about reflective practice and its role as a change agent. The study is descriptive and quantitative, for the purpose, a questionnaire having questions related to the importance and role of reflective practices was designed and data was collected from 50 heads working in public and private schools of two of the towns of Karachi i.e. Jamshad and Sadar Town. The analysis reveals that heads are having awareness about the importance of reflective practices but they are not familiar with its use. Therefore, it is recommended that a workshop for the heads could be arranged to enhance their knowledge and use.
