So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

KÜRESELLEŞME VE ENERJİ TÜKETİMİ İLİŞKİSİ: TÜRKİYE ÖRNEKLEMİ
2021
Journal:
Erciyes Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Dergisi
Author:
Abstract:

Globalization and Energy Consumption Relationship: An Example of Turkey
2021
Author:
Abstract:

The aim of this study is to explore the long-term relationship between energy consumption and globalization in Turkey for the period 1987-2018. In this context, it is referred to the matching test developed by Johansen and Juselius (1990). The relationship between the variables is tested by the Granger causality associated with VECM for a short period of time. For long-term ratings, the Dynamic Smallest Quadrates (DOLS) and Modified Common Smallest Quadrates (FMOLS) method are used. The findings show that there is a long-term matching relationship between energy consumption and globalization. However, in the short period, it was found that there was no causal relationship. These findings correspond to the nature and the relationship of globalization with energy. Finally, the results of DOLS and FMOLS show that globalization has a positive impact on energy consumption.

The Relationship Of Globalization and Energy Consumption: The Case Of Turkey
2021

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to investigate the long-term relationship between energy consumption and globalization in Turkey from 1987 to 2018. In this context, the cointegration test developed by Johansen and Juselius (1990) is applied. The relationship between variables is tested with Granger causality based on VECM for the short term. For the long-run coefficients, the Dynamic Least Squares (DOLS) and Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares Method (FMOLS) were used. The findings show that there is a cointegration relationship between energy consumption and globalization in the long run. However, it was determined that there was no causal relationship in the short term. These findings are in accordance with the nature of globalization and its relationship with energy. Finally, the DOLS and FMOLS results reveal that globalization positively affects energy consumption
