The houses and lands in which the Turks live have an ancient history. As the history of the Turks, the history of the Turks’ culture, the thought and the thought are also ancient. The question of the common language among the Turkish peoples is of importance for all periods. The creation of the common language was the focus of interest of thinkers and scientists at the beginning of the 20th century. In this period, it is also important to note that terms and words are common among the Turkish peoples, that is, that all the Turkish peoples are a common literary and scientific language. The first Turkology Congress held in Baku in 1926 discussed the history, lifestyle, culture, and common literary language issues of the Turkish people. In the I Turkology Congress, scientists, along with the Russian, in their own languages - Turkish, Tatar, Uzbek, Oyrat, Çovaş, Başkırt, Kazakh, even if they came out, they would have understood each other's speech. But in the time of the Mushir, the Turks were literally distant from each other according to their languages, and some Turkish nations were unable to understand each other’s language. The issue of preparing the common alphabet and common language for the Turkish people to speak in a common language, as in the early 20th century, is the focus of interest of scientists as a current problem in the 21st century.
