Çilekte Rhizoctonia Kök Çürüklüğü (Rhizoctonia solani)’ne Karşı Bazı Bitki Aktivatörlerinin Etkileri

Çilekte Rhizoctonia solani’nin neden olduğu siyah kök çürüklüğü hastalığına karşı kök ve yapraktan uygulanan bitki aktivatörlerinin (Salisilik asit, Acibenzolar S-Methyl, Messenger, ISR 2000, Crop Set ve Fosetyl-Al) etkisi laboratuarda petri ve serada saksı denemeleriyle araştırılmıştır. Bitki aktivatörlerinin Rhizoctonia solani’nin miseliyal gelişimine olan etkileri incelendiğinde, Salisilik Asit ve Aliette 700 ppm’in üzerindeki konsantrasyonlarda patojen gelişimini baskılarken diğer bitki aktivatörleri patojene herhangi bir etkide bulunmamıştır. Bitki aktivatörlerinden Salisilik asit, BION ve Aliette kök daldırma uygulamasında hastalığı %47-65 arasında baskılarken, yeşil aksama uygulamasında, Messenger ve Aliette hastalığı %59-64 arasında baskılamıştır. Hem kök daldırma hem de yeşil aksam uygulamasında Aliette uygulaması başarılı bulunmuştur.  Sonuçta, çilekte Rhizoctonia solani’nin neden olduğu kök çürüklüğü hastalığının entegre mücadelesinde bitki aktivatörlerinin kullanılabileceği bu çalışmayla gösterilmiştir.

Abstract:

The effect of root and leaf-applicated plant activators (salicylic acid, Acibenzolar S-Methyl, Messenger, ISR 2000, Crop Set and Fosetyl-Al) against the disease of black root corruption caused by Rhizoctonia solani has been studied by laboratory petri and serum test. When the effects of plant activators on the miselial development of Rhizoctonia solani were studied, salicylic acid and Aliette in concentrations above 700 ppm suppressed the pathogen development while other plant activators had no effect on the pathogen. From plant activators, salicylic acid, BION and Aliette root immersion application pressed the disease between 47-65%, while in the green accumulation application, Messenger and Aliette disease pressed between 59-64%. The application of Aliette has been successful in both root immersion and the application of green axis.  After all, this study has shown that plant activators can be used in the integrated fight against the root dirt disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani in the beans.
