Abstract:

Populasyon darboğazlarının belirlenmesi oldukça önemlidir, çünkü darboğaz söz konusu olduğunda populasyon yok olma tehlikesi ile karşı karşıya kalır. Herhangi bir populasyonda darboğazın erken tespiti ciddi bir konudur ve darboğazın belirlenmesi için geliştirilmiş güçlü istatistik programları bu konuda yardımcı olmaktadır. Genetik kaynaklarının korunması kapsamında mikrosatellit belirteçlerinden elde edilen veriler ile darboğazların araştırılması yaygın kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Bu derlemede mikrosatellit belirteçleri ile darboğaz (bottleneck) testi hakkında bilgi vermek amaçlanmıştır

Abstract:

Determination of populations is quite important, because when it comes to populations, they are faced with the risk of disappearance. Early detection of scraper in any population is a serious issue and strong statistical programs developed to identify scraper are helping in this. In the context of the preservation of genetic resources, the data obtained from microsatellite indicators and the research of scraps is a widely used method. This collection is intended to provide information about the bottleneck test with microsatellite indicators.
