Pilgrimage worship has been a source for the formation of pilgrimage literature and many literary works/genres have been written on this subject. One of the genres that deal with the worship of pilgrimage is the works with the content of menâzil al-hajj. In such works, information is given about the ranges, the destinations of the pilgrimage caravans, the religious and historical places to be visited, the geographical and commercial characteristics of the destinations and the people of the city. Many poetic, prose and verse-prose menâzil al-hajj have been written in Turkish literature. One of the works written in this nature is the work named Menâzilü’t-Tarîk ila Beytillâhi’l-Atik. The name of the author of the work is Abdülkadir Çelebi, his pseudonym is Kadrî, and it is understood that he lived in the XVIIth century. Three copies of the work have been identified: Süleymaniye Manuscript Library Hagia Sophia 01469, Millet Manuscript Library 34 Ae History 892 and Turkish Historical Society Library Y/0377. The Süleymaniye Manuscript Library was taken as a basis in the study. In the work written in prose, verse fragments are interspersed from time to time. The verse parts in the work consist of 32 couplets in total. He mentioned his pseudonym in only three of the poems. The work, which is organized in sections and chapters, includes 97 ranges on the pilgrimage route. Ranges the availability of water, air, geographical and commercial aspects are discussed, religious, historical places and persons in the ranges are mentioned, and the distances between the destinations are indicated in hours. The work was written to give useful information to pilgrim candidates. For this reason, a simple and understandable style prevails in the work. In the narration, the stories about the names of the places were told, and the verses and hadiths were quoted. In addition, while giving information about the ranges, stereotyped expressions and sentence structure were preferred. In addition to this, the poet included his own poems in the work while describing the holy places, thus enriching the narrative. It can be said that the author, whose name is Abdülkadir Çelebi and whose pseudonym is Kadrî, may have lived in the 17th century. In this study, after giving information about the works of pilgrimage and especially about the field of pilgrimage, the author of the work, its content, language and expression features, the stories in the work are emphasized and sample texts from the work are presented.
