Individual disturbances are concerned in many areas such as life, body and sexual freedom. These untouchable areas cannot be interfered in any way according to the rule. However, the person may agree against the behavior that constitutes interference. With the consent of the person, in the presence of certain conditions, these facts will not constitute injustice. This situation can be in two ways. At first, the consent may be within the scope of typicity and thus may prevent the occurrence of typicity. Or the consent may be a reason for legal conformity under the element of law conflict. So, depending on the place where the consent is located, the effect will also change. In both cases, it will be a good thing to do. However, according to the position of the consent, the conditions and the results it brings with will change.
