Abstract:

The aim of this study is to explore the relationships between the personality types of amateur and paf footballers playing in the league and the continuous expressing styles of anger and anger. In the 2007-2008 football season in Ankara, Istanbul, Trabzon, Erzurum, Muğla and Konya cities amateur (Xyaş 21.7686 + 4.0410) and paf, playing in the league (Xyaş 18.3478 + 1.7666) 167 footballers participated. The State-Trait Anger Scale scale, personality types are determined by the Eysenck personality inventory. The analysis of the data used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Analysis has shown that amateur and paf league footballers are constantly associated with their kinds of personality with their expressions of anger and anger. The achieved results have shown that amateur and paf league footballers have a significant difference between their constant anger and anger expression styles and the subdimensions of personality types of psychoticism, external, nervous and lies subdimensions. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of personality types and continuous anger-expression styles of amateur and young soccer players. 167 amateur (21.7686 + 4.0410 years old) and young soccer players (18.3478 + 1.7666) playing in Ankara, Istanbul, Trabzon, Erzurum, Mugla and Konya cities at the 2007-2008 soccer season were joint the study. Continuous anger- anger expression styles of players were measured with The State-Trait Anger Scale and personality types were measured with Eysenck Personality inventory. Multiple Linear Regression Test was used for analysis of data. The result of analysis shows that there was a relationship between continuous anger-anger expression styles and personality types. In addition, there was a significant difference between physicotism, extrovert and false lower dimensions of continuous anger-anger expression styles and personality types of the soccer players.
