Sağlık sektörü içerisinde yer alan hastaneler öncelikle kaliteli bir hizmet sunmayı hedefler. İkinci bir hedefleri ise kar etmektir. Düşük maliyet ile en verimli ve karlı hizmeti sunmak isterler. Ancak bunu gerçekleştirirken bazı finansal sorunlar yaşarlar. Çalışmada yaşanan bu finansal sorunlar ve finansal sorunlar karşısında uygulanan stratejiler araştırılmıştır. İşletmenin faaliyet süresi, personel sayısı, mülkiyet durumu, malzeme alımlarındaki vade oranları vs gibi işletmeyi tanımlayıcı sorulara yer verilmiştir. İşletmenin yaşadığı finansal sorunlara ve bu sorunlara uygulanan stratejiler analiz edilmiştir. Hastaneler genellikle Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu ile sorun yaşadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. En fazla uygulanan strateji ise borç ve alacaklarını aynı para birimden gerçekleştirdikleri stratejidir.

Analysis of the financial problems that the business is experiencing and the strategies applied to these problems. Hospitals have often stated that they have problems with the social security agency. The most applied strategy is the strategy that they make their loans and receives from the same currency.

The financial problems experienced by the operator and the strategies applied to these problems have been analyzed. Hospitals often stated that they had problems with the Social Security Institution. The most applied strategy is the strategy in which debt and receivables are realized from the same currency.
