The purpose of this research was to explore the influential link of daydreaming with relations. Ten semi-structured interviews were conducted with adolescents and adults. The sample was comprised five men and five women with the age range of 20-42 years (M, 28.5; SD, 4.4). After recording the data, interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA), was used for analyzing the data. The analysis highlighted a cyclic link between daydreaming and relations depending upon the content of daydreaming. The model included that positive content of daydreaming leads toward healthy and sound relations while negative content was linked with loneliness. Limitations and Implications of the research is also the part of study.
