Mezenkimal kök hücreler MKH kendini yenileme potansiyeli olan, osteoblast, kondrosit ve adiposit gibi özelleşmiş hücrelere farklılaşabilme yeteneğine sahip, erişkin, multipotent hücrelerdir. Klinikte kullanılmaları için özel üretim koşulları gerekmektedir. GMP Good Manufacturing Practice- İyi Üretim Uygulamaları şartlarında hücre üretimi, temel kök hücre bilimlerinden klinik araştırmalara ve uygulamalara translasyon için yüksek bir kalite güvence sistemi sağlar. Üretim protokolünde kullanılan enzim içeriği ve konsantrasyonu, parçalanma süresi, santrifüj hız farklılıkları, filtre boyutu gibi değişkenler, MKH eldesindeki farklılıkları oluşturur. Uygun üretim, doz ve uygulama yolu standardize edilerek hastada en başarılı tedavi sonucuna ulaşılır. Derlemede, MKH' lerin özelliklerini ve klinikte kullanımlarına özgü olarak nasıl hazırlandıklarını ve hazırlanma esnasındaki değişkenlerin hücre üzerine etkilerini açıklanması amaçlanmıştır
Mezenkimal root cells are adult, multipotent cells with the potential of self-renovation, with the ability to differentiate from customized cells such as osteoblast, condrosite and adiposit. Special production conditions are required to be used in the clinic. GMP Good Manufacturing Practice- Good Manufacturing Applications provides a high quality assurance system for cell production, from basic root cell sciences to clinical research and application translation. The enzyme content and concentration used in the production protocol, the time of breakdown, variables such as centrifuge speed differences, the filter size, the differences in the hands of the MKH. By standardizing the appropriate production, dosage and application method, the patient is achieved to the most successful treatment result. The collection aims to explain the characteristics of MKHs and how they are prepared specifically for their clinical use and the effects of the variables during preparation on the cell.
Mesenchymal stem cells MSC are multipotent cells that can differentiate into specialized cells such as osteoblasts, chondrocytes and adipocytes, and have the ability for self-renewal. However, special production conditions are required for clinical usage. GMP Good Manufacturing Practice Laboratory conditions may provide a high quality control system in translational medicine from basic stem cell research to clinical trials. The content and concentration of the enzyme, digestion period, the speed of the centrifuge and filter size may be among the variables that affect the characteristics of MSCs. The production methods, application and dose of MSCs for certain therapies should therefore be standardized according to the best clinical treatment available for the patient.
