Tekerlek Düşey Salınımlarını Ölçebilen Cihaz Tasarımı ve İmali

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada; hareket halinde bulunan tekerleklerin dinamik yarıçapını ölçmeye yönelik bir düzenek tasarlanmıştır. LVDT (Doğrusal Değişimli Diferansiyel Transformatör) esasına dayanan bu cihaz, laboratuvar şartlarında uygun deney koşullarında bir otomobil tekerleğinin dinamik yarıçapının ölçülmesinde kullanılmıştır. Yapılan testlerde farklı iki tekerleğin dinamik yarıçapları incelenmiştir. Bu düzeneğin, ölçme aralığı 6 mm ve ölçme hassasiyeti 10-2 mm olarak karakteristiği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

In this work a device to measure the dynamic radius of the wheel was designed. The instrument which is based on LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformator) principle was tested to measure dynamic radius of an automobile wheel at the laboratory condititon. The dynamic radius of different wheels were also tested and investigated. This device’s measuring capacity of 6 mm and it’s accuricy of 10-2 mm was determined
