Necib Asım Yazıksız, Türk dilinin sarf ve nahviyle ilgili “Yeni Tertip Muhtasar Osmanlı Sarfı, Mükemmel Sarf ve Nahv-i Osmânî, Yeni Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı” gibi dar veya geniş kapsamlı birden çok eser kaleme almıştır. Bu eserlerden bir kısmı, sarf ya da nahiv konularına tahsis olunmuş tek konulu kitaplardır. Bir kısmı ise sarf ve nahiv konularını bütünüyle ele alan kavaid kitaplarıdır. Necib Asım Bey tarafından kaleme alınmış gramer konulu eserlerden biri de bu çalışmaya konu olan Yeni Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı adlı Türkçe gramer kitabıdır. Eser, Osmanlı Türkçesinin sarf (şekil bilgisi) konularına tahsis olunmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı Yeni Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı adlı eserde benimsenen öğretim yöntem ve tekniklerini belirlemek ve genel olarak şekil bilgisinin öğretimi hususunda benimsenen yaklaşımı tespit etmektir. Bu kapsamda öncelikle eserde yer verilen konu başlıkları ve içerikleri, bugünkü gramer kitaplarında ilgili konuda yer alan konu başlıkları ile mukayese edilerek tespit edilen eksiklik ve farklılıklar ortaya koyulmuştur. İkinci aşamada eserde benimsenen öğretim yöntem ve teknikleri üzerinde durulmuştur.
Necib Asım Yazıksız has received a narrow or broad scope of works related to the sarf and nahv of the Turkish language, such as "New Tertip Muhtasar Ottoman Sarf, Mükemmel Sarf and Nahv-i Osmânî, New Usûl Ottoman Sarf". Some of these works are the only subjects assigned to sarf or nahiv themes. Some of them are books that are all-in-depth and all-in-depth. One of the grammar-themed works taken by Necib Asım Mr. is the Turkish grammar book named New Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı, which is the subject of this work. It is the subject of the Islamic Qur’an, which is the subject of the Qur’an. The purpose of this study is to identify the teaching methods and techniques adopted in the New Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı work and to identify the approach adopted in the teaching of form knowledge in general. In this context, the topics and contents presented in the work were first identified by comparing themes and differences found in the present grammar books with the topics presented in the subject. The second stage focuses on the teaching methods and techniques adopted in the work.
Necib Asım Yazıksız has written more than one works narrow or wide-ranging such as “Yeni Tertip Muhtasar Osmanlı Sarfı, Mükemmel Sarf ve Nahv-i Osmânî, Yeni Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı” about the morphology and syntax of the Turkish language. Some of these works are single-themed books devoted to the subjects of morphology or syntax. Some of them are kavaid books that deal with the issues of morphology and syntax as a whole. One of the grammatical works written by Necib Asım is the Turkish grammar book called Yeni Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı, which is the subject of the study. This work has been devoted to the subjects of morphology of Ottoman Turkish. The aim of this study is; to determine the teaching methods and techniques adopted in the work named Yeni Usûl Osmanlı Sarfı and to determine the general approach adopted for the teaching of morphology. In this context, first of all, the subject titles and contents of the work were compared with the subject titles in today's grammar books and the deficiencies and differences identified were revealed. In the second stage, the teaching methods and techniques adopted in the work were emphasized.
