Abstract:

Management literature defines a new field in management science. Management carries an interdisciplinary qualification as combination or approximation studies with literature. But neither in the management science writing nor in the management academy interest in management literature is above expected. The lack of interest can be considered rather due to uncertainty about how the management literature will be traced and covered and how literary traits will be traced. The article has been followed through the application of the concept-dependent analysis technique proposed in the framework of the research of the enhanced management capacity, with the aim of addressing the uncertainty mentioned, and the example of Orhan Kemal's Murtaza novel. Thus, the aim of both the designated and defined scope of the management literature, as well as a approach to how the potential discussions in this direction will be mature. After short notes were given for the understanding of the role of literature and the theoretical structure in management science, the proposed methodology and management literature were organized in two main titles in the form of the evaluation of Orhan Kemal's novel "Murtaza". Murtaza's novel is also two-dimensional and each is evaluated in two stages. In the first dimension, the novel author’s background and the novel personally were analyzed, in the second dimension the management analysis of the novel on the identification of the management facts was made. Finally, management science as a subdiscipline, management literature has been provided with coverage and intrinsic visibility.
