Abstract:

Quality assurance system in higher education is all the activities needed in higher education facilities at the minimum level for all parties and their confidence in providing quality services that meet the level of monitoring, evaluation and review. The main objective is to investigate the information, knowledge and science services to transfer and renew the process of production of universities that benefit from quality management philosophy, which is a very important issue in terms of skilled and qualified individuals have been trained. From this point of view, the quality, competency identification and development of institutions of higher education institutions provide significant improvements in the continuity of the functioning and quality of services. In this sense, the development of qualified professional staff aiming to educate the labor market vocational high quality culture in, external stakeholders of the educational service to the community perception of the employer and, ultimately, is an effective tool for positive change. In this study, in order to determine the quality type on a scale institution of higher education qualifications that measures the level of student satisfaction by examining has been prepared. In the present study, application is of the fall semester of 2011, Inonu University, Malatya Vocational School was also used. Reliability and validity study was prepared as a means of collecting data after the survey, statistical analyzes such as correlation analysis on the data obtained by the correlation, interpretation of results and related solutions have been developed for higher education institutions
