Objectives: The purpose of this study was comparison of perinatal and obstetrics results between assisted reproductive technique (ART) and spontaneous twin pregnancies. Material and Methods: Between November 2012 and September 2014, records of 84 pregnant women who giving birth between 20th and 39th gestational week at two hospitals were evaluated retrospectively. Perinatal and obstetrics results were compared between ART and spontaneous twin pregnancies Results: Weight, height, head circumference and APGAR scores of newborns were found lower in ART twins than spontaneous twins (p<0.05). Maternal age, delivery mode, gestational week at birth and gender of newborns were similar in both groups. Conclusion: Weight and APGAR scores are lower in ART twin pregnancies
