In this study; it was aimed to investigate whether there was a difference between the perceptions of glass ceiling syndrome and organizational commitment in terms of demographic characteristics of female hospital workers and whether there was a relationship between perceptions of glass ceiling syndrome and organizational commitment. The population of the study consists of 698 women healthcare workers working at the Research and Application Hospital of Süleyman Demirel University in January 2019 according to the data obtained from the hospital management. In order to determine the sample of the study, a sample detection formulation was used and it was determined that reaching 249 participants was statistically sufficient. In order to make the research results more powerful, a questionnaire was applied with 278 participants who gave consent and approval and the results were taken into statistical evaluation. A significant difference was found between the participants' age groups and stereotypes sub-dimension and marital status, and their views on organizational culture and policies and stereotypes sub-dimensions; there was no significant difference between the other sub-dimensions. There was no difference between the demographic characteristics of women health workers and their organizational commitment perceptions. There was no relationship between the perception of glass ceiling and perceptions of organizational commitment of female healthcare workers.
