Abstract:

Many theories seeking to understand social change and transformation after the Enlightenment have developed speeches aimed at determining new roles to elements such as society, family, person and state. These social theories had significant influences on the social, national and international arena. One of the theories that influences many aspects is the ideology of feminism. While this ideology has not had a set of homogeneous criticism, gender/social gender defined especially after the 1970s, sex/gender began to become more influential in international law and treaties through the concepts of "mother stream". The "hegemonic" reading of the social gender concept of the "anarchist" attitude of the gender concept has developed important discussions by creating new sets of meaning. In this study, various problem phrases have been defined through supporting concepts accumulated within the social gender concept called the main stream. In the first issue phrase, the main current, which forms the basic arguments, was related to the concept of "social gender" and the theoretical approaches of concepts such as gender, sexuality, sexual identity, sexual orientation, heterogeneous, non-binary gender, atherical, anaerical, biological determinism and the adequacy of these concepts in local and deep analysis were discussed. The subsequent problem phrase was radically discussed with the hedonist attitude of the concept of "gender" and the rejection of the biological determinism, taking place from the exceptions. The third problem phrase was considered on the results of the idea of seeing the reproductive characteristic of the human species as a result of cultural preferences or compulsions to come to the forefront of the gender concept.

In this study, various problem statements have been defined over the supporting concepts clustered within the concept of gender, which is called the mainstream. In the first problem sentence, the theoretical approaches of the concepts such as gender, sexuality, sexual identity, sexual orientation, heteronormative, non-binary gender, patriarchy, matriarchy, biological determinism, which are thought to be related to the mainstream concept of "gender", which constitutes the main arguments, and the local and cultural implications of these concepts. Its adequacy in the deep analysis was discussed. The next problem statement was the hedonistic attitude of the concept of gender and the radical rejection of biological determinism based on exceptions. In the third problem sentence, the consequences of seeing the reproductive feature, which ensures the continuation of the human species, as a result of cultural preference or coercion, came to the fore in the concept of gender.
